Jim Pattison Developments Ltd. has submitted an Official Community Plan Amendment and Rezoning application to the City of Richmond for a 5 to 6-storey commercial and residential mixed-use development located at 13131, 13111, 13031, 12931 and 12771 No. 2 Road. The proposal calls for over 220 new homes, with a mix of owned, market-rental, and low-end market rental (LEMR) homes, and 21,840 sq.ft of commercial space.
